Hi, welcome to Chipgram! If you entered your green chip numbers to retrieve the login information to your Member Account, you now can start managing handing out all five of your chips.
Note: If you had trouble logging in to your account, don’t forget the dot (.) separating the numbers in the username.
You will manage your chips through the My Chips link in both the desktop and mobile menus: https://chipgram.com/my-account/my-chips/ . However, since you did not purchase your chips through our website, you may need some more information before working with your chips. You can change your user email and password here: https://chipgram.com/my-account/edit-account/ .
You will automatically receive email notifications to the registered email address, so please change the email to an address you have mobile access to if you wish to use this feature.

The chips you received have already been purchased and added to your account, however, the “Purchasing” section contains relevant questions about the chips themselves. Keep in mind that you are now a “Member” and your chips will reap the same benefits as the chips purchased through our site. If you plan to buy chips from us and want to use this account, you will need to update your shipping address in “Addresses” as well.
Even though we used your green chip to communicate with you, you can simply use the “Clear Messages” button (when logged into your member account) to remove our messages from that chip to start with a blank slate and distribute it along with the other four chips in your pack.
