- Buy Chips:  our chips are sold in sets of five with each chip a different color for keeping track of them. The more sets you buy, the less each chip will cost.Â
- Test Your Chips: you should see your chip numbers populate in “My Chips” 15-30 minutes after purchasing. While your physical chips are being sent through the mail, you can start sending test messages to the “Guest” and reply back. It’s best to do this with two different devices, web browsers, or using a private browser window for the Guest Login.  You can clear all messages and start fresh when ready to use the chip.
- Set Opening Messages: if you already have a recipient in mind, you can set a message at any time. If you plan on meeting people in situations where time or data access is limited, have a chip or two with a generic message, you can always clear the message for a custom one. Â
- Name your Chips: that little pencil icon allows you to name the chip at any time. Maybe you know the person’s name or want to use the venue’s name as a label.  You can also label it based on the type of opening message you set and change the label once delivered.Â
- Carry your Chips: be prepared! Have a few chips ready to go in your pocket or purse! Â
